Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you about important changes at Dais Communications.

Effective January 1, 2022, Summit Broadband will provide all video, data and phone services to existing Dais customers. This change will have no operational impacts to your service as Summit Broadband has been providing telecommunications products and services in Lake Nona through Dais Communications since 2012.

Summit Broadband is a leading fiber-optics telecommunications provider in Florida, providing data, voice and video services to residential customers. Summit will continue to provide the Lake Nona community with the same state-of-the-art technology services you are accustomed to as well as a superb customer service experience through their Florida-based support centers.

The management team at Summit will follow up with further information in the weeks ahead. For additional questions, please refer to the FAQ section of your bill.

We thank you for being a loyal Dais Communications customer and look forward to the additional product offerings and services Summit Broadband will bring to the Lake Nona community.

FAQs

Why have you rebranded?

Effective January 1, 2022, Dais Communications will operate under the Summit Broadband brand in an effort to improve the customer service experience and remove unnecessary friction for our customers. The portfolio of products and services our customers currently enjoy will continue to be provided by Summit Broadband.

Is there anything I need to do as a result of this change?

Aside from updating your records to reflect our name change, no other action is required. All customer accounts and future communications from us will remind you to make note of the new company name.

I have a contract with you, does the rebranding have any impact on existing agreements or contracts?

All contracts and agreements are still valid. Contracts, bill statements and future communications will be updated with our new name. There are no changes to your current packages and service offerings as the products and services you have been enjoying are Summit Broadband products and services. Operations will continue without any disruption in service.

Will the bill pay process be changing?

No, the process remains the same. Beginning January 2022, the monthly bill statements will be branded with Summit Broadband with payment and contact information.

Will my online login credentials change?

No. You’ll still be able to access our online platforms using your existing credentials. The only change is it will be branded Summit Broadband.

Will this impact your product and service offerings?

There are no changes to your current packages and service offerings as the products and services you have been enjoying are Summit Broadband products and services. Operations will continue without any disruption in service.

Will this impact how I contact Customer Service?

The phone number to call Customer and Tech Support will remain the same (800.376.9715).

The email address will change to asksbb@summit-broadband.com and the Residential Property Liaison remains the same.
