eero Router Install

You must be in front of your router.

A. Blue light is flashing:

1. Download the eero mobile app: https://eero.com/app

2. Light turns white once installation is complete.

3. If you have any difficulties, please contact eero directly for assistance: (877) 659-2347.

B. White light and don’t know your network name or password.

1. Behind router press and hold rest button until light turns red.

2. Red light will change to flashing blue light, use instruction A.

C. Red light indicator

1. Red light indicates router is programmed however you may not have an internet connection. Call your internet provider.
