As your neighborhood technology integrator and support team, Dais offers a full range of services to install, provision and configure residential low voltage wiring. Low voltage wiring is used for items that require a lower voltage to operate such as closed-circuit television (CCTV), networking equipment, home theater and audiovisual (AV) equipment, alarm monitoring and security systems, home automation equipment and more. We also offer TV mounts with installation services.

  • Structured Wiring options, including communication outlets, in-wall future flat panel installation along with underground service conduit

  • Security hardwiring with security contact pre-wires for keypads, multi-media outlets, touch screens, motion sensors, glass breaks and underground service conduit.

  • Surveillance CCTV pre-wiring for 4-, 8- and 16-channels and more.

  • Audio featuring premium Sonos equipment such as the Sonos Arc Smart Sounder, Sonos Wireless Subwoofer and Distributed Audio package with audio zones, speaker pairs and streaming with options for 5- and 7- Channel Surround Sound Pre-Wires and corresponding equipment.

  • Surround Sound Speaker packages with a variety of options, including 4K-7.1 AV receiver with (7) 6.25" angled in-ceiling theater speakers (silver), 10" subwoofer, power strip, HDMI and more.

  • Door Station packages with all the leading-brands in home security deadbolts and doorbells, such as Ring and Chime.

  • Network equipment and pre-wiring including routers, ceiling mounts, wireless access points and more.

  • Home Automation featuring wiring and equipment for communications and media outlets, in-wall controls and thermostat wiring, Kwikset and Yale deadbolts as well as underground service conduit.

New Home Buyers FAQs

Buying a new home is exciting, but keeping track of all the things to do before moving can be a chore.  From equipment installation, activating your alarm monitoring or setting up WiFI, we’re here to help make the move-in process easier.

  • If you purchased additional equipment during your low voltage consultation appointment (occurs during your new home build process), please call our main line 407-203-9205, option 1.

    At the appointment, the technology technician will install and offer an explanation regarding best practices and use of equipment.

  • Call 407-203-9205 and select option 2 for technical support. In most cases, our technician can walk you through the process over the phone.

  • Call the main line, press option 1 and follow the prompts provided. We’ll have a technician come out to activate and train you on your new security system.

  • It’s best to call 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure your WiFi and alarm monitoring services are delivered at your desired time frame. In most cases, our technicians can provide tech support over the phone and walk you through troubleshooting the error.
